Consignor Agreement: Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between __________________________________ and LIDA.

CONSIGNMENT - PAYMENT OPTION:
You receive 50% of the final sale price of your items. As your Consignor account grows, you may use your accumulated balance towards purchases made on anything in the store. This is a store credit only.

CONSIGNMENT - PERIOD
The consignment period is 3 months (90 days) from the time your items are entered into our system.  LIDA reserves the right to dispose of your items at any given time, including, but not limited to, donating them to a charitable organization.  If a consignor wishes to remove items from the store prior to the consignment term period, there will be a $5 handling fee per item.
CONSIGNMENT - SELECTION:
LIDA reserves the right to accept and decline clothing items for consignment. Items are curated by brand, colour, season, and trend. Reasons and rationales will not be given - it’s nothing personal.

CONSIGNMENT - PRICING:
If accepted, pricing will be set at LIDA’s sole discretion. After 60 days, items may be marked down. However, LIDA reserves the right to mark down the items at its sole discretion during the consignment period without notice.

CONSIGNMENT - DROP OFF ETIQUETTE:
Each consignor may drop off a max of 30 items during the week, not on weekends. LIDA will do the best to inspect them upon arrival, however we ask consignors to be patient if we are with other customers. We may ask the consignor permission to inspect their items at a later time, in which case LIDA will contact consignors to come pick up items that were not selected - consignors will be given 48 hours to pick up their items.

CONSIGNMENT - CONDITIONS OF CLOTHING
LIDA will only accept items that are in excellent-used conditions, clean, smoke-free and without any smells. LIDA will not accept dirty, stained or damaged items. LIDA treats your items with great care, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, water, vandalism or other unforeseen events.
