All orders are shipped from Perth, Ontario (...such a beautiful town, you should come for a visit).
We'll do our best to process your order within 1-3 business days. We'll email you with the tracking info once your order has been shipped.
At check out, please select one of the following shipping options:
- free shipping to Canadian addresses for orders over $150.
- flat rate shipping fee of $20 for orders under $150.
- free local pick up. If you choose local pick up, we'll email you & let you know when your order is ready to be picked up from our shop located on 60 Foster St., Perth, K7H 1S1.

Although we always do our best to carefully package your order, LIDA cannot be held responsible for packages that are late, lost, stolen, damaged, stolen or packages returned to us due to an incorrect address.
At this time, we do not ship across the border or internationally.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, eligible items may be returned either in-store or online.
Return Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original hang tags must be attached.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return Items
To return your purchase by mail, please ship the item(s) to the following address:

A tracking number must be included with all mailed returns. We are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned item(s) are received and verified to be in original condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
